1. Change of Mind Returns

Eligibility:

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

  • The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

How to Return:

  2. Pack the items securely and include all original packaging and documentation.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Eligibility:

  • Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Conditions:

  • Notify us within 30 days of discovering the fault.

  • Provide a detailed description and, if possible, photographs of the issue.

  3. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, and cover any reasonable shipping costs.

 

3. Exceptions

Non-returnable Items:

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

 

4. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty product), JES Skincare will cover all reasonable shipping costs.

  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
